This document explains Appitecture’s policies for Subscription Plans. While it’s impossible to document every scenario, we have done our best to explain our billing, cancellation and refund policies. Our main goal is to help our customers and keep them happy.

Billing
We offer monthly and annual subscriptions for certain services. You’re automatically charged as appropriate depending on the subscription plan you have chosen. For those services that are subject to a one-time (or non-recurring) fee, you’ll be charged this fee at the time you order these services. You can update your billing information or add additional features at any time. You must contact us to cancel your subscription.
Refunds
Refunds will be determined according to the Subscription Plan you have chosen. Items eligible for a refund will be issued by the method of original payment.
For Subscription Plans with a Term Commitment Contract
If you have chosen a monthly recurring subscription with a term commitment and you wish to cancel before you have fulfilled your commitment term, we will accept the cancellation on the following condition(s):
1.) You will be billed for the difference in cost between the related Full Price Subscription Plan (No Contracted Term Discount) and the Discounted Contract Plan (Contracted Term Discount) you have chosen multiplied by quantity of respective billing periods the Subscription Plan was active.
2.) The difference in cost referenced in section 1 above is paid in full at the time of cancellation.
For Subscription Plans with no Term Commitment Contract
If you cancel your services, your cancellation will take effect on your next billing cycle. This means we won’t be able to refund you for any unused portion of your services for that. For example, you chose a monthly recurring subscription (No Contract) on Sept. 1. On December 1, your credit card will be charged as usual. On November 12th, you decide to cancel your Premium Subscription. No further charges will be made to your credit card, but you will not receive a refund for the period of November 13 through November 31.
Plans that have prepaid for a specified number of billing periods
If you cancel a plan in which you have prepaid for a specific number of billing periods, we will refund the value of the unused billing periods only. For example, you purchase a per month prepaid subscription for a period of 3 months beginning on Sept 1. You are billed for the full amount at that time. On October 15th, you decide to cancel. Because you have already entered the second period (month in this case), you will receive a credit for 1 month.
Timing
It may take up to a few days for Appitecture to process your cancellation, but all cancellations will be effective as of the date we receive the request.
Overdue Accounts
If a charge to the credit card on your Appitecture account is declined, we will make additional attempts to process the payment. If payment continues to fail, the subscription will be cancelled and the listing will be reverted back to a free status.
